Dr. Crystal Ward is a first-generation college graduate with over 25 years of experience in education, mentoring, and connecting people to the resources they need to thrive. From her early days as a teacher to her time as a school principal and nonprofit leader, Crystal’s journey has always been rooted in serving others. Her passion for empowering families and professionals led her to create Crystal The Connector, where she continues to bridge gaps and create opportunities for education, networking, and growth.
